A structure lane-based session for confident swimmers able to swim continuously in a lane. Fin, snorkel and paddle friendly.
Swimmers must be able to swim continuously in a lane. Customer will spend most of their session swimming front crawl, and on average will complete 25 metres in under 30 second.
